We recently went for breakfast on a Sunday morning at Bills in The Lexicon, Bracknell. Since the shopping centre opened we have said we will aim to try all the restaurants. This time we thought we would give Bills a try for breakfast.
We thought Bills would be busy on a Sunday morning so on Saturday night when we had planned what to do on the Sunday we booked our table online. It was very straight forward and quick and when we arrived we were made very welcome and were taken straight to our table despite us being 15 minutes early. I had already had a sneaky peak at the menu online so had a good idea of what I was going to order for me and the little one and my husband is a big cooked breakfast fan, so we didn’t really need to look at the menu when seated.
Once settled our order was taken. The drinks arrived promptly followed by the food. Our little one had yoghurt, honey and fresh berries with banana, it came in a cute little glass and was thoroughly enjoyed. I had the pancakes with maple syrup and bacon, I found the three stack of pancakes were plenty and left, happily full. My husband had the cooked breakfast and was also pleased with the taste, size and overall quality.
The decor I thought was fab, with great artwork on the walls , especially as you head up the stairs to the toilets on the third floor (disabled toilet on the ground floor). You could also buy some Bills goodies to take home with you, they looked tasty but we resisted... this time!
Overall we were very impressed with Bills and will be returning.
