Following the success of The Hind’s Head guest chef series with Britain’s leading chefs including Michael O’Hare (The Man Behind The Curtain) and Adam Byatt (Trinity), Head Chef Pete Gray is excited to announce 2019’s inaugural event with a six course tasting menu created in partnership with the critically-acclaimed chef Paul Ainsworth (Paul Ainsworth at No 6).
Paul will visit The Hind’s Head on 27th February 2019 and showcase some of his signature dishes from his flagship restaurant Paul Ainsworth at No 6 in Padstow which has held a Michelin Star for over 5 years. Known for his appearances on The Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen and travelling all the way from Cornwall for the collaboration, this will be a truly unique evening and one not to be missed.
Pete says “We’re looking forward to welcoming Paul in the New Year; his inventive and exact cooking will work brilliantly with what we do at The Hind’s Head”.
Situated in Bray, the Berkshire village which boasts more Michelin stars than any other, The Hind’s Head is part of the Fat Duck Group under the direction of Chef Heston Blumenthal OBE.
